Relaxing Villa Philippo with Private Pool

Villa Nika and Philippo share the same address, but both provide full privacy because they're fully fenced.

Every villa has its private, outdoor swimming pool surrounded by beach chairs and an outdoor shower. The property is a perfect choice for families or for groups, as each villa can accommodate up to 8 people.



Villa Philippo has 4 bedrooms and it can accommodate 8 adults + 2 children.

2 bedrooms have large double beds, and 2 of them have 2 single beds, each. Single beds can be merged or separated,per your request.

Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a BBQ grill. All bedrooms have AC units (newly added), en suite bathrooms and one separate toilet.

Outdoor space provides a lovely terrace with dining area and pool. The pool can be heated in pre-season and post-season upon request, for a fee of 15 EUR per day. If you'd like to use pool heating, please give us a 5-day notice.

Wi-fi, heating, air conditioning and parking on site are provided, free of charge.



Pets are allowed with prior notice and with additional fees.

A damage deposit of 300 EUR is mandatory upon arrival, and the hosts will return it upon check out, provided that everything is in order.



Area description and nearby activities:



Stinjan is considered as suburb of Pula, which is an ancient city most known for its Amphitheater and Roman monuments (Temple of Augustus, Triumphal Arch of Sergius, etc.)

It has a lot of beautiful beaches, like Hidrobaza (1800 m), Lost Beach and Puntizela. They are known for its wonderful, clean sea. Hidrobaza is newly renovated, and now it has a lot of beach bars, parking spaces and sport fields.



Visit Fort Punta Christo, with its homonymous lighthouse on the coast, and the famous suspended bridge in that area.

Stinjan has a lot of nice restaurants, and our personal favorite to recommend is Grill bar Campo, which offers delicious meat dishes.

If you would like to visit National Park Brijuni, you can take a boat trip from Fazana (approximatelly 6 km away from Stinjan).
