We have been going to Fayetteville for years. This was one of our favorite places we've ever stayed on Dickson. Easy access in and out, and location was amazing.

Great location

Walking distance to all restaurants and bars on Dickson. I’m sure it can be a little loud at times, but we were there when the students were gone for Thanksgiving break. Would stay again for sure.

Wonderful condo and great location~

This is wonderful condo. Location was perfect for walking and enjoying the Dickson street entertainment district. The condo was very nice and clean with all the extra comforts for guest. Would definitely stay at the Razorback retreat again and visit the beautiful peaceful city of Fayetteville.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The condo was spotless and exactly as pictured & described. You cannot beat this location if you are in town for anything related s to the University. Considering how close you are to Dickson, it is extremely quiet inside. I would 100% recommend this rental, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Weekend at U of A

We were in town to celebrate a birthday with our Razorback student and catch a basketball game. This location was so easy and convenient, walkable to everywhere and parking right behind the building. We would definitely stay there again!

Visit with Daughter, student at U Ark

I wanted a place where I could stay with my daughter and get her away from the craziness of going to a large, SEC school and quiet down a bit and make her some home-cooked meals. This place was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. I will definitely stay again. The property owner was quick to respond, but I did not have very many questions as it was in great shape.
