The listing and pictures for this property are accurate - located right next to the U of AR stadium with a beautifully remodeled top floor. We had tons of space to really spread out, which worked well for our large group with multiple families. I would stay here again!

Clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for on campus tours for my high school son. We walked to and from all campus activities. The linens, patio, TV's were great. I would highly recommend!

This property overlooks the razorback stadium and is an ideal location if you plan to do things on or near campus. Kitchen was fully stocked including leftover spices, some canned goods, and even random things like ziplocs. Not sure if I missed it in the listing, but owners bedroom is upstairs and the other two are downstairs (my father ended up in the owners bedroom because he couldn’t do the stairs). Laundry was great and there was detergent available to use. All the comforts of home. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Great home and even better location. Located a short five minute walk from the stadium, this is the ultimate place for a game day weekend. Loved the two level deck out back which was a great place to hang out before and after the game. Owner was very responsive when we had a couple of minor issues, none of which detracted from a great couple of days. It’s important that renters understand that on game day weekends there will be cars parked in front of the house In the lawn and there will be tailgating going on behind the house. This caught us a bit off guard but we rolled with it and found the extra people and energy made the experience even better! Of course, it helped that the Hogs pulled off a great win over Ole Miss! WPS!

We loved the house and location! We had many adventures planned for our trip and the central location made it easy to get back and forth to the house. The guys enjoyed a HOG basketball game. Bud Walton was a short walk from the house. We went to eat at several places on Dickson street in Fayetteville and were able to get back to the house quickly. The Walton's Art Center Winter Nights was so fun! The house was clean and had everything we needed to have an amazing trip! Sean was wonderful to keep us updated and make the booking process easy. We would highly recommend this property and can't wait to book it again!

We came to Fayetteville for our son's college graduation. The house was in the perfect location. It was stocked with everything we could have needed. Everything was extremely clean. We were able to bring out pets which was really convenient for us. The host was very communicative and flexible. Great stay! WPS!

In town for campus tour of UARK, and we were able to walk to campus from the house no problem! Would be super fun for football game weekend, and there's even a separate rental at bottom of backyard for a small cottage (shares lower decking of main house). House we clean and had everything we needed.

Great property a block away from Razorback Stadium. Well appointed with everything you need. Owner communication was superb! This house has tons of indoor and outdoor space. Staying here made moving our Razorback to campus easy! We would definitely rent this property again!

We were visiting to move our son into his University of Arkansas apartment. This home is in such a great location near and overlooking the Razorback stadium. We enjoyed returning after each busy move in day to such a clean, beautifully decorated, cozy and inviting home in such a wonderful neighborhood. The owner was great to communicate with.
