「Objective Facts: - On the first day of stay, the boat did not sail, and there was no refund. - On the second day of stay, We arrived at the accommodation, but it was very cold and the heater did not work. - Host tried to fix the heater, but The heater was not fixed and the host offered down-graded accommodation. There was no compensation for that. - It took about an 2 hours to fix the heater, so we missed dinner time. And host informed that the worker fixing the heater could come from Trapani...

「Overall good value for location and accommodation. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest...

「Un vero incubo!! Non dovrebbe esistere e sono certo che non siano rispettati i limiti minimi di igiene e sicurezza. Ho fatto una sola notte al termine di 15 bellissimi giorni in Sicilia, sono felice di tornare, ….. vivo. Approdo Ulisse indicazioni, dove vedi i clienti felici di partire e delusi all’arrivo. Il peggio da 20 anni di viaggi!! Veramente inammissibile.」
