Un luogo incantevole

Ho adorato tutto...la posizione comoda ma appena fuori dal centro, le camere semplici ma dotate di tutto il necessario,la meravigliosa natura in cui è immersa la struttura,la bellissima piscina,la possibilità di avere in prestito gli ombrelloni,la gentilezza del personale. Unico appunto..la colazione è abbondante e varia ma avremmo preferito trovare più prodotti tipici

Struttura molto bella, a circa 15 minuti di camminata dal porto. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza con letto matrimoniale e divano letto (se potete evitate: è scomodissimo) . Purtroppo la nostra unica notte qui è stata rovinata da una festa in piscina organizzata dalla struttura, che avrebbe dovuto concludersi alle 24, ma che si è protratta tra grida e schiamazzi fino alle 4 di mattina non permettendoci di riposare. Colazione nella media, anche se mi sarei aspettata di più, visto il prezzo pagato. Zona piscina molto bella e organizzata.

Trevligt hotell med mycket fint poolområde. Bra frukost. God mat i restaurangen. Skulle gett högsta betyg men oproffsigt bemötande av poolpersonal drar ner. Fick ej ta med kaffe till solstolarna, tyckte det var ok, förstår att man inte vill ha trasigt glas och porslin i poolområdet. Men blev förvånade nästa dag när andra fick ta med drinkar till och med till poolkanten och personalen serverade drinkar vid solstolarna. Gäller inte samma regler för alla? Gav tyvärr ingen bra känsla.

Tranquillità e natura

L’hotel è situato a circa 2km dal centro. È immerso nel verde e molto tranquillo. C’è un servizio navetta disponibile da e per il porto a 3,50€ a persona. Per noleggio bici/scooter vengono a prendervi e riportarvi. Le camere sono abbastanza confortevoli e la pulizia eccellente. Colazione molto ricca e personale molto accogliente e disponibile.

Buona accoglienza, location immersa nel verde, ma struttura vecchia e in decadenza. Il personale gentile,le pulizie accurate, la colazione inclusa nel prezzo ottima. Arriviamo al tasto dolente: la nostra camera, pagata quasi 200€ a notte, era piccola, con delle mensole scavate nel muro facente veci di armadio, un mini frigo rumorosissimo, una testata del letto assente al posto della quale vi era un'enorme farfalla in tufo sulla quale era impossibile non sbattere la testa durante la notte. Il problema è stato il bagno in cui lavandino e doccia sono stati otturati, nonostante le rimostranze, per tutti i giorni del soggiorno e la cui scusa addotta è stata "le tubature sono vecchie". Grande problema è stato che un animale (lucertola, topo?..) ha fatto tana nel condizionatore, cosa di cui ci siamo accorti sentendo forti rumori durante la notte provenire da quello e trovando escrementi sul comodino. Immediatamente è stato fatto presente il problema che si è protratto sino al penultimo giorno. In conclusione costo eccessivo rispetto a ciò che la struttura è in grado di offrire. Bisogna pompare i prezzi con una dignità pari a ciò che si può dare al cliente e non renderli esorbitanti soltanto perché si è ad agosto

Bellissimo villaggio costruito in una cava dismessa con giardini "ipogei" meravigliosi. L'arte e la tradizione viene rappresentata in ogni scorcio del villaggio, con busti di tufo e racconti di vita. Tutto lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile, ottima la colazione e la cena della " mamma ".

Soggiorno nella media

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura con mio marito in un WE in cui purtroppo il tempo non è stato clemente, motivo per cui siamo rimasti molto in camera e quindi abbiamo notato cose che probabilmente in altre condizioni non avremmo notato. Servizio navetta da/per il porto molto comodo. Check in ok con un ragazzo molto cortese e disponibile. La prima impressione del villaggio all'arrivo è stata molto gradevole, il problema è sorto non appena siamo entrati in camera.. aperta la porta subito un odore di muffa e umidità ci ha investito in pieno. Il giorno seguente all'arrivo è piovuto tutto il giorno, abbiamo provato ad uscire a piedi ma siamo tornati indietro perché ci siamo inzuppati. I nostri vestiti e scarpe erano proprio da strizzare (e sono rimasti completamente bagnati fino alla ns partenza, due giorni dopo, nonostante il sole dei giorni successivi). Stando molto in camera (piccolissima) ci è scoppiato un mal di testa folle x via dell'umidità (che fa proprio inumidire anche i vestiti asciutti appesi nell'armadio, che è realizzato con delle mensole e una tendina davanti per coprire, quindi è proprio aperto!!). Abbiamo chiesto se quella umidità fosse una "caratteristica" di quei giorni, ma a quanto pare no. Altra cosa fastidiosa è l'odore/sapore sgradevole dell'acqua in bagno, bisogna lavarsi i denti con l'acqua minerale perché sa proprio di ferro. La pulizia è ok, la colazione piuttosto normale. Non è pessimo, ma neanche favoloso come dicono la maggior parte dei commenti

Muy buen hotel. Personal muy gentil. Nos recibieron a las 11 am cuando el check in era hasta las 2-3 pm. Sientes calma y serenidad al segundo de entrar. Barra muy agradable con buena musica, buen desayuno y excelentes mojitos. Regresaremos seguro !!

Situato a 10 minuti dal centro del paese, con l'affitto di uno scooter si raggiungono in poco tempo tutte le spiagge! Ottima la pulizia delle camere. Educazione, disponibilità e gentilezza da parte del personale!

Secluded pretty little hotel in beautiful gardens

The hotel is made up of a number of rustic mini apartments. We had a two storey apartment with 2 bathrooms and a mini kitchen. It was a lovely apartment, quite old-fashioned but charming. We had everything we needed, including 2 balconies off the top storey bedroom, so you could always be in the sun. It is set in very pretty gardens with plenty of sun loungers and garden chairs. There is a small bar area where breakfast is served and a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is quite cold but the kids spent ages it in quite happily. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty and the staff made special provision for my daughter, who needs gluten free food. The staff were helpful and friendly and provided advice on the island's attractions. You can hire bikes at the hotel, but it is quite a walk from the harbour so we hired cronky old bikes from a shop on the harbour. It is a lot of fun cycling around the island and the excellent beaches on the south can be reached very easily on bikes. We stored our bags after check out and when we returned we were offered a lift back to the ferry but had our bikes so it wasn't needed, but it would be good if you were on foot.

Wunderschöne Oasi im Grünen

Die Oase ist echt verzaubert: Die wunderschönen Bungalows sind bis aufs letzte Detail beschmückt und so süss dass alles perfekt zusammenpasst. Ich habe noch nie vorhin die Zimmertür geöffnet und WOW gesagt. Die Bungalows sind umgeben von Feigen-, Zitronen-, Orangen sowie Olivenbäumen, was die Atmosphäre wunderschön macht. Es sind einige Picknickplätze eingerichtet, wo man sich entspannen und zum Beispiel ein Buch lesen kann bei Vogelgesängen. Nur eine kleine negative Ergänzung: Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders sauber: Es hatte noch einige Staub-Sandhäufchen im Zimmer, doch alles andere (Bad, Bett) waren sauber. Im Grossen und Ganzen finde ich diese Oasi einen Traum und kann es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! Uns hat es so gefallen, dass wir den Aufenthalt verlängert haben.

Annorlunda med avslappnande atmosfär

Vi är en familj med två barn 10 och 13. Det var väldigt mysigt att gå och sitta under växterna som omger hotellets byggnader. Vår altan var helt inklädd i vindruvsrankor. Avståndet till byn var inga problem. Vi tycker dock att det var ganska dyrt, men svårt att hitta prisvärda alternativ för vår familj på Favignana trots att vi bokade 4 månader innan.
