"This is new hotel. Started on December 2019 and my stay on 10-15 February 2020. I like the room. Big enough. No comment about cleanness because everything is new. Dont expect mineral water on the plastic bottle, they put it on water pot. I dont taste the food for breakfast, because i think Bengkulu's traditional breakfast is better. For sure, based on menu on the room, room service food is very very expensive, even more expensive than hotel in Jakarta. The most i hate is the entrace, lobby...

"The staff of at Hotel Santika Bengkulu really made us feel very welcome. They helped us with anything we needed and made sure we had the beste possible stay at the hotel and in the city of Bengkulu. We will absolutely stay at this hotel again next time we visit Bengkulu. Breakfast had a wide range of food, including both Indonesian style dishes and western type of food."
