「We had a great stay, the property was perfect for us to stay at while we moved our daughter into the UTK. It was super clean, easy to access. I was a little suspicious of the area it is on the end of a transitional area but it was fine and had a security system. Very convenient to the University and restaurants 」

「Excellent experience. Great hosts and great amenities. The kitchen had all I needed to cook a few meals. It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the local touches like books, games and restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Close to UT, but GPS does take you through a sketch street to get there- just be mindful of that! I would definitely stay here again!」

「Amazing property! Perfect size for a couple. Location was great, walkable to great restaurants. The trains are very loud that come through a few times during the night so be mindful of that. Great stay would stay here again in a heartbeat.」
