Roof terrace was amazing, shared kitchen with all appliances in was very useful. Room had everything we needed. Cleaner coming in daily was lovely. The only point I Would add is there was some construction going on during the week days so can get a bit noisy, however if your there over the weekend it’s no bother. Great place definitely recommend, lovely staff.

Miguel was extremely helpful at the reception. His English was excellent. We were able to store our bags in a safe location while we waited for an early checkin. The Historic region of Faro was a short walk away with shops, restaurants, historical buildings to visit. The room was small but updated with a comfortable bed. The community kitchen allows us to store and prepare food. I highly recommend this Guest house.

This was a lastminute booking - I was rescued from a bad hotel experience in Olhao. Ave 41 was great. Very modern, good rooms, clean. I had a balcony but a view of the back of other properties so nothing wow but the roof terrace is perfect for sunbathing and views. I would return and recommend

部屋のファブリーズのような臭いが苦しかったです。

チェックイン時刻より随分と前に着きましたが快くお部屋を提供してくださり有り難かったです。 お部屋は新しく美しいインテリアで整ってますが非常に小さいです。 身体の大きな方にはちょっとシャワールームとかは窮屈かも知れません。 私は化学物質過敏症なので、部屋の芳香スプレーファブリーズみたいなものが大変臭くて、体調をやや崩してしまいました。 環境の配慮を考えていただきたいです。 窓は開くので、その点は助かりました。
