"Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!"

"Everything about this villa is exceptional…great location, beautiful views, fantastic host, so much to see & do or just stay at the villa & enjoy the pool. Gian’s recommendations for restaurants, wineries & experiences were all amazing. Todi, Orvieto & Montefalco were highlights for our group. "We had a lovely time. The property is as described and the kitchen is very well stocked, making meal preparation easy. Views from the property and particularly the balconies are lovely. The pool is a great size, especially if you have older children. Geatano was very helpful including showing us the best restaurants and take aways in town. The ravioli from the fresh pasta shop he took us to was outstanding."

"We really loved the villa! We were there with all our family, 14 people, to celebrate our silver wedding. There were 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms over 2 floors, it was very well equipped, great aircon in every room (vital as it was 38 degrees outside). The pool was lovely if in need of updating, but that's a small gripe. The outside dining area was lovely with splendid views of the surrounding hills. All in all a fabulous place for our needs."

"Our family (14 persons in the age 0-70 years) spent a week in this wonderfull House. We had a very good holdiday and the House is perfect for so many people. The pool has a great size and the wiev and outside areas are formidable. It is definitely a house we can recommend. Charlotte & familiy, Denmark"

"What a great hotel at a perfect location!! It’s close to Duomo, very easy to get from Orvieto train station by funicular and bus A to Duomo. I got a room at a separate building from the main building, so it was very quiet and the room is so spacious, clean and comfortable. There are so many shops, restaurants, cafes, gelateria around the hotel. Highly recommend it!!"

"The flat is cozy, spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped. Many good resturants are near the apartment. Its location is good and very close to the sightseeing within 5-10 min walk. The apartment staff Rita customer service is excellent, responsible and very helpful. Without elevator is a concerned for elderly people if they are carrying luggages. Other than that, it is a perfect accommodation."

"I picked this place because I prefer to stay in the countryside rather than a city and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and peaceful. I also liked that they had an outdoor swimming pool, which was a good way to cool down since the weather was extremely hot. The breakfast was excellent, and I recommend their restaurant for dining too. It is traditional Italian food prepared to order without rushing. Be ready to spend at least an hour on the whole dining experience."

"Perfect location for a friends & family 50th birthday celebration week. Stunning views, comfortable bedrooms and plenty of communal areas for dining and relaxation. Federico is a fantastic host and we took advantage of his recommendations for private chefs and local dining/grocery shopping options. Todi is a stunning hilltop town with great dining options. The EMI supermarket, about 12 minutes drive is ideal for all your grocery and beverage needs.The pool was large and immaculate and we took full advantage.We are already planning a return visit."
