Welcome to our fresh and modern lakefront hideaway! This property was fully renovated in 2016 and updated in 2024. Enjoy our large lake-front screened in porch with amazing sunrises. Enjoy 2 Living Spaces, a Large Outdoor TV and outdoor speakers, gaming systems, board games, and over 200 DVD's, Fast WiFI, Big Green Egg Grill, Fish Fryer, and much more! Fully Furnished Kitchen with Luxe Mattresses and high end sheets and comforters! We went all out on this place!
The Space:
This house can comfortably sleep 8 and 10 if you use the pull out couch. Dining seating inside for 8 and outside for 9. Lots of outdoor games, indoor games, DVDS, and gaming systems! DVD players on both TVs give the option for the family to gather around for a movie after a day on the lake! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything possible for a weekend at the lake!

We manage the 5 Bed/5 Bath next door, contact us for group deals - both houses together can sleep 18!!
Getting Around:
Restaurants & Grocery Stores are about 10 minutes away in Farmerville. Louisiana Tech University, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Grambling State University are all within about 30-40 minutes of this property. The Ruston Sports Complex, West Monroe Sports Complex, and Sterlington Sports Complex are less than 45 minutes away.

We do not allow parties or large gatherings of any kind unless approved! NO Smoking inside and NO pets inside!

Wonderful house!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could’ve stayed longer! It was everything we needed and then some. It was very clean and roomy. The view is amazing! Brent was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend it and will rent it again next time!
