We stayed 5 nights here for a wedding and it was great . There were 5 bedrooms but we only used 3. The living room and dining area were great for people coming over and just hanging out. The tv worked well. My sons and their friends used the hangout area downstairs and used that screen for gaming. . The kitchen was very nice--and fairly well stocked with coffee, flour, cooking oil etc. Bathrooms had hair dryers and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, which was very nice. The property was very clean. (The only issue we had was that the previous clients left the garbage in the garage and the odor got into the house--but the manager was responsive and we took the garbage out and aired out the house and it was fine.)The area is very accessible to both downtown and the Pines wedding venue. There is a Walmart nearby and lots of other shopping. One of my sons walked the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. Everything was 10 to 20 min away! The only 3 things I would recommend to the owner is to have a frying pan that can cook pancakes, a spatula to flip them, and to have (perhaps) a few thicker bath towels.
