「Worst experience because of the poor communication from the people at the front desk. They send you to a restaurant next door promising a discount that never happens. The waitresses there lack manners, professionalism, and they even steal from you. I'm never coming back.」

「We loved the location and the view, but the property needs an upgrade. The mattress in our was too soft so that I vouldn’t rest well in the first night andcwe asked it to be replaced. The yowels were really old and needed replacement too. we didn’t use any amenities such sauna and ofurô vecause it was extra charged. The staff was wonderful, but the place needs a good renovation. We loved the cat and the dog. There should be more variety of food during breakfast, ex yogurt, honey, cereals,...

「Extraordinaria opción zona Alto Las Condes」

「Rude staff. No towels. I got charged twice for no reason. Never returning」

「ダウンタウンからは離れているが安全で、隣りにスーパーがあり便利。 パルケアラウコまで徒歩10分という点も良い。」

「I know it is winter in Santiago. But it is hard to believe that the room was freezing (around 16 C) even the aircondition had been turned on into Maximum temperature for the whole afternoon. Furthermore, the hotwater in the bath room was not working. After claimed, the room service brought me a electronic stove finally. But didnt get hotwater until next morning. 5 star hotel? No way.」
