「We absolutely loved our stay here. It was a charming place, clean and perfect for our stay. It was right next to a metro station so this was super convenient. The owner was so helpful and friendly. Two things to be aware of: 1. This is a small property with 3 rooms. The owner therefore does not automatically cater for dietary allergies/requirements. He was happy to get alternative breakfast when we told him my mum had a dairy allergy but we decided to get things ourselves to make sure it was...

「The location of these rooms between Bologna and Tiburtina stations is great. There are also a lot of food options nearby. Don't be fooled, this is not a hotel. It is 4 ground/below ground level rooms. It is hard to find, not the location but where you enter for the rooms - through a building, across an atrium, into another building and around the corner. There is no one around and you get to do a self check in...if you can find where to do a self check in! Other reviews said the rooms are dark,...
