"Rooms were very modern and attractive. The rainhead shower was excellent. The kitchen was handy. The room had a safe but the safe wasn't bolted to anything, thus we didn't feel if was useful. Tip: be sure to choose a room on the top floor so you don't get the sounds of people walking around at 600am. The staff was very helpful. The location was perfect! "

The building’s street elevation is of historic design, the interior has been renovated but kept the large granite stone walls. Walking distance to restaurants and vine bars, easy park-house parking. Hotel is quiet and has a very helpful and accommodating staff. We returned for a second stay."

"Eduardo was an amazing host. He kept in contact leading up to our trip and offered directions and suggestions to help us with our travels. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. Our kids were in the pool every day and enjoyed the size of the house and rooms. One of few houses in the area with a pool it was an ideal base for our trips into braga and not too far from the beach in the opposite direction"

"The host Patricia was very kind. The appartment was somewhat dated. The pictures looked Better. Availability of linnen and towels was wonderful. However we had some problems with the doors of some rooms and locks not fuctioning correctly. The pots and pans were too small for us 8 people. Electricity broke of while cooking. "Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos y tranquilos en la casa y en la localidad de Esposende. Una casa grande y con todo muy bien. La piscina es magnífica. La playa está a cinco minutos andando. Si tienes perro, a 10 minutos tienes una estupenda playa adaptada a perros. Si hay ocasion volveremos."

"It was a very nice stay. Friendly hosts. Clean and comfortable home nice shared green space. The beach and board walk was great and led to awesome restaurants in both directions. The only down side is it is a little isolated with out a car but there is a bus near by and taxis are available and under 10 euros to get to town "

"House is in an unusual neighborhood and was very difficult to find because hand-drawn maps were hard to understand and were in French. Owners are absentee landlords living in France and did not communicate on WhatsApp, as I requested. Tried by email, but owner always used French, not my language! No soap, shampoo, napkins, paper towels, condiments, coffee or tea provided. That being said, place was very clean, spacious (could easily handle 6 people) and beautiful, a few km from beautiful beach....

"Not enough stars to give this property, a clear 100%. It is in immaculate condition, owners greeted us and super helpful. They were nearby but did not intrude. Ground floor cinema was a win in the evening but there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Pool area was beautiful, bathrooms inside were spotless, I could go on all day. AMAZING PROPERTY AND LOCATION, IS A MUST VISIT!"

"L’endroit est bien situé pour visiter la région de Porto et beaucoup plus calme que la ville. Vila do Conde est un site très moderne au bord de la mer. La maison offre toute les commodités nécessaires. Toutefois la grande salle de bain à l’étage n’est pas pratique. Le manque de chaleur fait en sorte que la maison était humide et froide. La propriétaire a remédié à la situation en nous offrant du chauffage en soirée. Jolie maison qui aurait été parfaite avec du chauffage et un meilleur entretien."
