"Weird gross flies in the bathroom, toilet brush has flies around it, I felt uncomfortable and I told the hotel head about it but she didn’t seem concerned. Breakfast was great, but they make you pay extra for espresso/cappuccino etc Cleanliness is most important to me "

The staff are friendly and clearly try hard, though at times the attentiveness wasn’t quite at the level you’d expect from a hotel of this standard.
