"I had a fantastic stay at this cozy 2BR chalet on its own private acre. The place was spotless and felt like a true home away from home, with a well‑equipped kitchen and a welcoming fireplace. I travel a lot, and this spot stood out: soaking in the hot tub and firing up the barbecue grill were definite highlights after days spent exploring.The location couldn’t be better. It’s within walking distance of the Family Arena and just a short drive to downtown St. Charles, the historic district, and even the Ameristar Casino if you’re feeling lucky. Being so close to I‑70 made getting around effortless, and St. Louis Airport is just a quick trip away, which made my travel logistics a breeze.Despite being so accessible, the chalet feels secluded and peaceful. It was the perfect base for me to mix relaxation with sightseeing and work travel. I truly can’t say enough good things about the host—Matthew was super fast with replied, attentive, friendly, and hands down the best host I’ve ever stayed with. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates comfort, convenience and top‑notch hospitality."
