「This property is a perfect place for a short little bike trip. Location is exceptional for some local eats and drinks within walking distance.Listing is accurate, small bathroom, quaint kitchen. Everything clean and and kitchen is stocked enough for some meal prep. 「Great bungalow with everything needed. The sauna was a perfect addition! A few notes for host: Mattress is definitely due for an upgrade. Not comfortable. The front door needs a weather seal at the bottom. Hunted a cricket around for an hour in the evening before bed. Otherwise great stay. 」

It was an easy drive or walk to so many places in Eugene. The kitchen was well stocked with basic needs as was the bathroom. I would definitely stay again on any future visits to Eugene!」
