Despite the small hurricane water leaks, the staff gave everything they had to make sure we felt welcome.
Top shelf drinks are not included in the all inclusive price. I recommend buying some liquor from the airport once you arrive:
The beaches and rooms were clean.
Food was a little short of what we expected, but I’m sure the quality will be better once the resort is back to perfection after all repairs.
Again, I need top shelf liquor: no complaints for me.

We loved having the best of both worlds. We were staying in the jungle, but right across the street was the beach. The staff was amazing always, we loved it there. We definitely will be going back. You cannot go wrong. Staying at sunset at the Palms.

This resort was beautiful! The staff was very attentive and accommodating. There was an issue with the AC in our building, and they were gracious enough to move rooms for the night, then back to our original room the following morning. Overall it was an amazing trip for our honeymoon/first anniversary. We will be returning to this resort in the future

Beautiful property, AMAZING staff, delicious food, and quality entertainment.
HUGE thanks to the staff that elevated the quality of our stay: Kade & Liam (butlers) - These men are GOLD!, Christopher & Jamon (cart drivers), Oshae (bartender), Ricardo (concierge)
I highly recommend booking platinum. The butler service and VIP access are 100% worth the extra spending.
My husband and I plan to make this our "go to" vacation spot for couples trips.
