"I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenience to UCF. This is where I stay whenever I visit my son at school. I love the new coffee machine since I could get an espresso or latte or just regular coffee and the coffee was very good. Breakfast this time was just OK."

"A great location with some good eating places within an easy walk. The room was fine. However, I thought this place was over-priced ($156) considering there was no breakfast and no pool. I didn't realize until I checked in that this was a bare-bones extended stay place with no amenities other than a small fitness center. The front desk agent acted as though it was unusual for someone to be there for only one night. Mostly my fault for not reading the description before I booked -- I just assumed that most hotels at this price point would offer breakfast. Even hotels in the $100-$125 range offer breakfast and a pool."

"The hotel is really a two story motel under renovation. Definitely not what I was expecting. They were still working in some of rooms. My first room had two queen beds but only four total pillows. When I went to take a shower the shower controls didn’t work. The staff changed my room and behold totally different shower but it worked. Can’t really say experience was good just enough."

"Room was nice snd clean and the breakfast was excellent. The only thing I wish was different is that I wish there was a real closet in the double queen room or at least some drawers to put the clothes in that do not hang. I always unpack and would rather not “live out of the suitcase.” "

"This hotel has not added well. Room was full of mold. People out front drunk and fighting verbally. The bedroom floor was a fake wood and was dirty. Had to wear flip flops. Unfortunately this hotel is in dire need of a remodel. We went for graduation weekend and didn't stay the second night there."

"The front desk, restaurant, maintenance staff are wonderful. Everything else is not! I switched rooms five times until they found me one that was habitable. First room, dead bug on the bed, second room the dust was inches thick and their were dust mites crawling on the nightstand, next room the ceiling was leaking and water was all over the window sill and carpet, finally got to a room that was habitable. The manager housekeeping to “reclean” the room. I would’ve switched to a different hotel but since it was UCF graduation there was no vacancy anywhere in the area. The hotel is outdated, worn carpets, musty due to the antiquated ac system which creates moisture in the rooms so everything feels damp. The beds are saggy and uncomfortable. I hardly slept due to the beds and noisy guests in hallways The hotel is in dire need of renovation. I would not recommend this hotel even if you get a good rate."
