"When we reported the door to the bathroom was not closing, it was seen to promptly. Both servers at dinner and breakfast were very attentive and friendly. It was UCF homecoming and was decorated with university colors. Very welcoming!"

"Originally booked room with double beds. It was not available upon arrival. The non-smoking room was soaked in old nicotine remnant fumes. The room was infested with german roaches. The surroundings of this place reminded of L.A. streets, definitely not family friendly. We could not stay and sleep after all and did not receive any refund .The present staff did not have authority to help with satisfactory resolution. An email(as the only given option) to the owners was not answered in more then a week now. Not recommending it to anyone."
