The staff was extremely warm, helpful & accommodating. The room was very clean. I like when there is a mini fridge in a room and there was one. We were able to adequately control the temp.
However, we had a room with standard double beds because it was my husband and I and our 12 year old son traveling. None of us slept well. The beds were not the most comfortable. This was no Westin Heavenly Bed for sure. These days you expect these extremely plush beds since most of these hotels have bedding lines they sell. The bed felt smaller than typical and definitely not plush.
Also - while I had no problem at all with the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel not being individually wrapped - I thought they were actually smart to have ecologically conscious large sizes in a contraption in the shower, the typical things were missing- like a shower cap. I had to ask for that at the concierge desk. They didn’t have one readily available so they had one sent up. Maybe that’s not something asked for often but it’s something I definitely need and usually forget. For the amount of money it cost for one night, it would be nice to have the typical things left for you- the shower cap, tiny sewing kit, etc.
Other than those few small things, I would definitely say it’s a very nice hotel, in the heart of all the shopping, food, etc that you’d want. We were there to see a show at TD Garden, which took us about a 15 min walk. It was very convenient.
