"Good valet team, poor front desk staff, people not wanting to accommodate basic requests life towels and luggage trolley. Shooting on the street during stay and couple having 30 minute long yelling match out front of hotel at 3 am………cleaning staff and valets were great! Also they added extra fees when checking in the amount of $500+ from the Expedia price. So be ready for that. Cool hotel but weird attitudes from staff. "

The hotel staff, atmosphere and the fact that location was a plus. I will visit again in the near future. I really wish there was a pool but anywho the overall experience was a 10. "My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. "
