"On first entry the apartment was stunning. However there are small things that let it down when noticed. Filler in the wall that’s not been sanded down and repainted over, grout needing to be cleaned properly or replaced. They’re only minor things but they let it down slightly. There was also no hairdryer when it’s listed there would be that was inconvenient. "
