The hotel room was updated, nice, and quiet overall. The staff is friendly and greet you at all times. Lobby is very pretty. Parking is free and the location of the hotel is very convenient with so many food, cafe, and entertainment options near by. My only observation is that while the housekeeping comes daily, I removed the do not disturb sign on two different days and my room was still not cleaned.

The staff no matter who manned the front desk were extremely helpful and very polite. I really liked the decorum and the cleanliness of the room. The proximity of various stores and places to eat was so important and easy to get to. I will definitely revisit this place whenever I travel to this area again.

We’ve had numerous stays at the Hilton and have been very pleased partially due to convenience in location for our needs. The rooms have always been clean although this recent stay the room had a musty smell, but clean nonetheless.

Room was comfortable. Some parts of the hotel could’ve been a tad bit cleaner like the bathroom and the floors. It was easy to park and had easy access to highways. Overall, the hotel was convenient and would stay again!

This Hilton Inn has been a convenient location to stay. We’ve had several reservations there because of the convenience to include cleanliness. Our last stay was most memorable. A personal item was left behind after checkout. The item was discovered missing so I called the Inn where the front desk staff had house keeping check the room for the item. I received a call back indicating that the item was found so I returned to pick it up. The Inn’s staff was most professional.

Location was good as it was close to a conference. However, hallways and common areas had literally no A/C(as if it had been turned off to save $) . A/C in room struggled to keep the room cool. Systems were old, carpet was dirty and needs cleaning or replacing. Did not use amenities. Front sliding door got stuck several times and had to get a manager to assist with opening. Seemed like this was not the first time it had happened. Would not recommend this hotel until a major renovation is undertaken.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. Property is a little dated, but it didn't affect our stay. The area is nice and quiet - close to shopping. There was also coffee in the lobby area in the morning which was a nice surprise!
