"Pros: Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet, viele kleine Details die es einem leicht machen sich wie zuhause zu fühlen. Aber das was einem das Gefühl von Familien gibt sind auf jedenfall Giovanni und Cecilia. Wir haben nicht damit gerechnet das es Menschen gibt die so freundlich uns und den Hunden gegenüber sind. "Can’t say enough. Very nice apartment in rural Tuscany area. Host was present to let us in and show us his place. Provided wine and goodies. Was clean and comfortable. It’s clear he put in the time and attention to detail to provide a very nice guest experience. Would highly recommend. "

"Pros: We hebben een week bij deze huis verblijven. Alles is zoals beschreven. Laura is echt behulpzaam en zorgt alles. Airco werkt prima.Met onze auto gingen wij naar de Toscaanse steden en stranden echt makkelijk. Cons: Wifi is traag met 3-4 apparaten. Douche ruimte is iets klein voor dikke mensen."

"The hotel is a lovely boutique hotel. Nice lobby and bar area . Our room was large with two big closets and a nice bathroom. Really clean and tidy . We had two balcony's with partial sea view . We had room 206 . I highly recommend this hotel. David from the Rock 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦"

"WOW When I arrived I was WELCOMED by Mateo, such a nice person who explained the many details and amenities... there are MANY... with a smile and a true desire to help. When I left, I had a great interaction with Luca that even gave me a parting gift connected to his cultural heritage! Beyond the staff, the location of the hotel and the quality makes it the best value in the area. If you are coming with a car, they can arrange parking beach access deck chairs massages, spa access, bike rentals... name it!!! For very low fees, just want to head to the beach, they got your beach bag for ya complete with beach towel complimentary and since the beach is steps away you can leave your key at the front desk so as to not have to worry about any of your stuff left on the beach when swimming! Many of the HOtel rooms have balconies but if you don't have one, you can head to the 4th floor for the "secret" roof top terrace! They include breakfast in the stay and the "colazione" is HUGE!!! with 4 types of croissants while I was there and the best crispy bacon (yes perfect) along with many local specialties. There is also a high level restaurant attached to the hotel for diner! I will definitely return to this hotel! "
