「This was our first stay in Exmouth as a family. The Villa was perfect for what we needed. Self contained with all cooking gear we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside. Check in directions were straight forward and easy to follow. Local shops are a 5 minute walk down the road with coffee shops. Iga and the local pub with some retailers. The location is perfect. The property doesn’t have a pool but the local community pool is right next door 」

「Lots of problems with the maintenance of the property that hasn’t been done. Constant leaking shower that was flooding the bathroom. Aircon controllers batteries flat. Just maintenance needing doing. 2 arm chairs in the lounge room were extremely uncomfortable. No cable to use the electric barbecue had to ask for it. Modern and nice location 」
