Exhibition Ski Lift

We have stayed here many times and for the most part, our room was well kept. Until this time. Immediately after arrival, the main dresser had two broken cabinet drawers. I called the front desk, and they were making a work request asap. They never showed up. I left my items in my suitcase, which was a 3 day stay. The vent in the bathroom was filthy with lint, and the heat light was out. one side of the closet door wouldn't open or close. The fabric covered chairs were dusty. I called for extra towels and face towels. The nice housekeeper brought them by promptly, fresh out of the dryer as they were still warm. I noticed 2 of the face towels were still dark with stains that did not wash out. We were so extremely disappointed.

The ladies in reception are marvelous.
