「Great Property! 100 Yards of beach access. When I say beach I genuinely mean Beach (sand). The house layout is as follows. The entrance divides the main floor to the bottom floor. On the main floor there is a large kitchen with added washer. The living room is split between a sitting area and dining room. 「This charming old home has 3 BR, all upstairs. The shower is in the downstairs bathroom off the kitchen. That was fine for us, but some people may not love that. The new split heat pump system is effective for heating and cooling the spaces. Owner communicated well when needed. This home is central to everything and has a great gathering space.」
