The property is part of a small farm and attached to the main farmhouse. It is down a short farm track in a picturesque location. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The converted barn is well equipped and comfortable. It is around 20 minutes South of Exeter an ideal location for visiting the City and with easy access to Dartmoor and coastal resorts. The property has been a holiday let for around 20 years and is starting to show its age but I guess that the rental prices reflect this.

Idyllic countryside barn

We loved every second of our stay in The Barn. Very central for exploring the region and it was lovely to return to a quiet and comfortable home each night. The shower in the bathroom has great pressure and the amenities were everything we needed. Felt very welcome and safe during our stay.
