"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "The staff was very good and friendly. The art team is active and involves the guests in different activities. The area around doesn't have trusted shopping stores, so you need to go to Novamall. It's not far from the Old City. We took public bus #1, which cost 30 lire, from Armas to the Old City. I recommend this hotel."
