The room was very well set up and it was nice to have kitchen facilities. Staff were excellent on check-in and throughout our stay, very welcoming and made us feel relaxed. Easy walk from Town Hall station and the cafe next door was great.
Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the bed was very very hard. Not what we’re used to normally. Would highly recommend to anyone that doesn’t mind a really firm bed.

The hotel is great, room lovely, staff really pleasant and friendly. It is just the noise. I knew the hotel already but had not stayed there before. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night in the hotel, not the boutique part, so this probably made it worse. Our room overlooked the garden bar. I knew there would be some noise but did not anticipate how noisy and how late the noise would go on for. The room was lovely and had a fantastic veranda and view, but the noise from the bar and the kitchen set up just outside the door by our bed, did detract from the enjoyment of the stay.
