Great home, clean, perfect location and great view!
Our group of 5 was in Everett for a family wedding. This house was perfect. Great neighborhood, comfortable, beautiful view and clean. We walked to Woods Coffee on the waterfront. Great place to start your day. Joell was easy to reach and nice to have as a host.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Disappointed
On the day we were to check in I notified the host that I needed the door code resent because it wasn’t showing up on the message she sent. It was then that she notified me the place was double booked and we were stuck trying to find a place to stay. We were told to contact vrbo directly. I was on the phone with vrbo for over an hour trying to find a place to stay on 4th of July weekend. They eventually booked us a hotel for 2 days then we had to find another vrbo for the remainder of our trip. It was hectic and we were very disappointed. I really can’t rate the property because we never got to stay there, but for the sake of this review I had to give it some sort of rating.
In the area for a wedding. Walked to waterfront. It was the 4th of July so we walked to an area to view the fireworks! During the day drove to American Legion Memorial Park for music and food trucks!
We recently stayed at the home for a week in early June. This is a home originally built in the early 1900's and has some nice remodeling completed. The neighborhood is great for walking with beautiful homes along the frontage road. You can hear the morning & evening bugling from the Everett Naval base. The home was well stocked and everything worked. Some of the louvered blinds are showing wear and could use replacement. The doors in the kitchen are secured and signage that a deck will be coming soon. That will be a nice feature for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Overall a very nice rental and will look to stay here again on our next trip.
Convenient spot for four adults visiting extended family in Mukilteo over Thanksgiving.
We enjoyed the walkability in a charming neighborhood, interesting coastal views, nice architectural layout, quiet area. It totally fit our needs and we would come back.
