No maid service

The staff was very lazy. We stayed 3 nights and never once did our room get serviced. 3 people and we got 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths the entire stay. Place was clean, just no service. And the wanted a $25 cash deposit even tho i paid with a card. Just disapointing.

The blankets had stains and burn holes for a non smoking room. They had no toilet tissue upon arrival. They started a cash deposit and couldn’t get it back at my check out time due to it being at 6am.

Bed Bugs Stay Away!

I arrived and should have left when I saw the front office. Room looked nothing like the picture. The worst part of my stay is I ended up getting Bed Bug Bites everywhere. Towels were terrible and uncean. Toilet seat was broken. Also found a hole in the door with used in scents.

Pay more for better quality this is a dump

Sheets were covered in stains. Hole in the shower. Pillows felt like rocks.

I want a refund that room was disgusting

It was terrible i had to leave in the middle of the night there was roaches in the bath tub and crawling from behind the TV unit the bed sheets looked unclean there was flies and gnats flying around the room it was very very disgusting and I wouldnt recommend any one stays at the Motel 6. I shouldve taken pictures the room i was given was just down right disgusting.

The staff did a great job fulfilling my request for a ground floor room. They were very courteous and helpful over the phone and in person. The property itself was disappointing. The room had visible mold in the bathroom. I believe the bottom of the bathtub had been broken and poorly repaired. Everything I took in that room now has a musty smell. Was disturbed by repetitive slamming of a car door one night until 5am. Very questionable activity. The sheriffs deputy that visited the next morning must of had the same opinion.

The room was all needed repairs the drywall had been repaired and painted look like a third grader it was paint all over the towel rack without even try to not paying on it when I got there there was no toilet paper and the Hot water was lukewarm, The bed looks like the sheets were not clean, looks like it was just been remade and there is even hair inside on top of the sheets. I have stayed in a lot of motel sixes this is the worst room I have ever stayed in.

The guy at the front desk was not nice. He wanted to argue with me about towels. There wasn’t any in our room. The sheets and blankets were dirty

It didnt seem clean at all and there was no toilet paper in the room. I think rated should be lower for poor rooms.

I don’t review hotel but I feel like I need to with this one first of; Door handle didn’t work, room looked like it wasn’t clean in months(there was spiderwebs and some others insects), there wasn’t towels, tv didn’t have remote control overall a complete disappointment

Well was under impression dogs stay free... Main reason picked that hotel.. Got charged for one of my service dogs... Then got charged more for room then was supposed to be. Whem pointed it out to him... He argued with me saying Hotels.com was a scam and i shouldn't use it and this country does nothing for him etc.... I use hotel.com all the time and never had any problems til now. Room had bugs... And we got bit up by something... Idk what.

We reserved a queen size and was given a full size. The room was cramped with not a lot of space to move around.

When I got to my room I was grossed out. The ‘non smoking’ room smelled like cigarettes and other things. There were cigarette burns on the bed linens. The pillow cases and sheets were either stained or dirty. There was plaster patching a hole in the wall that they never finished repairing. The end table was falling apart. I went back and told the lady manager that I was dissatisfied with the room and just wanted a refund. She said that I would get that from Expedia so contact them. Expedia said they couldn’t refund me without motel 6 agreeing that I should have one. Motel 6 told Expedia that there was nothing wrong with the room that they gave me. Meaning that’s a ‘quality’ room to them and they all must look equally trashy. I never got my refund. Spent a total of 10 minutes in that room and left. I don’t recommend motel 6 anywhere, and definitely not the one in Evansville Indiana on hwy 41.
