The entire place gave us a very peaceful vibe and the staff was very courteous, friendly and thoughtful from beginning to end. 「Fußläufig zur Innenstadt gut erreichbar entlang der Etsch. Bis auf den Straßenlärm tagsüber - das Hotel selbst war ruhig und angenehm. Das Personal- allen voran Daniele- ein Muster an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft!! Auch das Zimmer- direkt am erstklassigen Pool und Jaguzzi- war gräumig und für uns beide (73 und 78 Jahre) ideal gelegen, weil ebenerdig. Kompliment!」

「Pænt, ældre hotel. Den fine lille lejlighed med balkon fremstod nyistandsat og flot rengjort. Personalet var enestående serviceorienterede og svarer beredvilligt på alle spørgsmål.」

「ホテルは駅から市内中心部までの間にあるので、電車でメラーノに行く場合は便利だと思います。メラーノは高いホテルが多い中で比較的安いほうでした。スタッフは親切で、部屋も清潔、Wifiも問題なく使えて快適に過ごせました。朝食もとてもおいしかったです。満足です。」

「Personale molto gentile. Camera confortevole e spaziosa. Abbiamo preso una superior composta da camera con letto matrimoniale e salottino tv con divano che dava accesso al balcone. Il frigobar era vuoto e durante la notte abbiamo dell acqua l avremmo proprio voluta… La camera era molto calda. Colazione buona.」

「Suite fantastica con vista spettacolare ma la cosa migliore resta il ristorante con piatti buonissimi, delicati, anche se le porzioni non sono per niente abbondanti. Ho soggiornato 2 notti con formula prima colazione e mezza pensione. Il personale, soprattutto nel ristorante e' super gentile.」

「This property we have visited 4 years in a row and will keep doing so the only thing that needs improving the meal service at night is slow which lead to a few people leaving but this i think was mainly due to new staff 」
