「When I ordered delivery from Bolt Food and was having trouble with the delivery being extremely delayed, the woman at the reception helped me. The breakfast omelet was large, fluffy, and very delicious.」

「Clean, Safe, and Confortable」

「真新しくてとてもきれいなホテルです。床は、はだしで歩いても足が汚れないほどきれいなフローリングです。ベッドがとても気持ちよかった。部屋には広いベランダがありますし部屋自体も広いです。車へーも少し広めのブースで豊富な湯量です。 朝食もごうせいではないけど食べ放題です。卵はオーダー制。 ラルナカ空港から市バス425で一本、最終停留所で下車し、徒歩数分です。空港には他の小さいバスもラルナカ市内に行きますが、スーツケースがある場合は425に乗ってと断られます。 ただ、市内繁華街にある建物なので夜中は酔客などでうるさいです。ホテル前の道路は車が良く通り、4:30くらいには道路作業車が何台か作業通過するのでうるさくて起こされてしまいます。2階までは、向かいのビルがあるので3階の自分の部屋まで音は響いて上がってきていました。歩行者の声もはっきりきこえます。泊まるなら最上階の5階がまだましな気がしますが。 早い目に防音ガラスに整備すべきと思います。。 」

「チェックイン時に部屋が広くテラス付きのオペレッタハウスというアパルトメントにアップグレードされた。景色も良くとても快適に過ごせた。朝食はないが周辺には朝食屋も多く困る事はない。駐車場があってロケーションも良いと思う。」

「I like receptionists,they are kind and honest, We were warmly welcomed. The room was clean enough but there was a little smell of cigarettes.there is a kettle,hair dryer. There is a mini mart, and there are good restaurants nearby. I’d like to stay at this hotel again next time,thank you. 」

「このホテルは普通の民家に囲まれているので、最初は分からなかったのですが、聖ラザロ教会や海岸の繁華街につながるラルナカ城まで徒歩数分で行くことができます。 海岸の繁華街には、多くのレストランやファストフード店があります。また、観光用のバスや空港行のバスなど、主要な場所への移動も便利です。」

「The staff was helpful and accommodating, able to confirm the bed arrangements in the room in advance despite having a policy of not doing that. The hotel is quiet, tidy and clean, centrally located and very close to the beach, bus station and city centre. The cleaners should have made an effort and clean the room or change the towels during our 3 days of stay however the overall experience is very positive.」

「My stay at Sveltos Residence was truly a home away from home. I wanted a relaxed, comfortable place to unwind—and I got exactly that. I stayed in the three-bedroom apartment, which was beautifully presented, just beautifully presented. The furniture was high quality and tastefully chosen. One bedroom was ensuite, and every room had its own TV. Everything felt brand new and spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing...
