4.5 stars would book again.Booked the bottom floor of the Pink House overnight with my BFF and my sister. We enjoyed the space and the location was walking distance to the shopping hub, but still far enough away to be peaceful. I thought the beds were super comfy. The bunks are big enough for 2 adults if you need it. Parking is to the right of the house and the smaller your vehicle, the better. Thankful we didnt have to share the spaces because I have a truck. The only thing I think that could have been better was the floors didn't seem to have been swept before our check in. The property has a request for you to take of your shoes, which I normally do, so having a cleaner floor would have been more comfortable.I also got used to having these places stocked with bathroom products and there was only handsoap and conditioner, so plan to not forget yours. Next time I book, I'll be sure to add shampoo and slippers, but it was a great stay.
Very comfortable historic home reasonably close to downtown.

Girls Weekend
We planned a trip to Eureka Springs for a girls weekend with my mom and daughter. We really enjoyed our stay at the Pink House. We liked that the house was close to the shopping/restaurants but not directly in the mix. It was spacious, very clean, and welcoming.
This was a perfect little spot for our friends trip! The location was great and very convenient to town. The trolley stop was very close. The apartment was updated and clean. We had all the amenities we needed and more, including plenty of towels, shampoo, soaps and pillows. Additional parking was only a short car ride away. Great spot!
My husband and I took our kids (ages 13, nearly 3, and 18 months) to Eureka for a family mini vacation. This place is very well located on the quieter end of downtown, great for being a home base for the excursions we took with the kids. For my fellow parents, this spot may be a better fit if your kids are age 5 or older. I'm afraid my babies waking in the night probably disturbed our fellow renter upstairs and my 18mo broke one of the plates while there. 13 year old loved the bunk beds though!
This is a very cute house. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the bathroom…so many towels which is unusual. Perfect for us girls. The beds are very comfortable including the bunk bed room with full size beds. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. The only negative thing I can say, is we could not turn the ceiling fan off in The master without turning the light off and it was too cool to run the fan and the window to the right side if the bed needs to be sealed because wasp were coming in!
The location is great and loved having private parking. We also enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch. I would rent this again.

A Charming Property boasting an Ideal Location
We recently enjoyed staying at the Pink House on Main, a charming property boasting an ideal location. The house is a delightful blend of character and convenience, within walking distance to the heart of the town. Upon entering, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the interiors - it comfortably accommodated our party of six.
While the kitchen was equipped with most modern amenities, it did lack a dishwasher. For caffeine enthusiasts, you'll need to bring your coffee while there's a coffee machine.
There were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The interior humidity was high; the provided dehumidifier required daily attention. Some enhanced insulation might alleviate this in the future. Additionally, the front porch could benefit from a sprucing up - a simple sweep to remove dirt, leaves, and cobwebs would go a long way, especially given the age and character of the home.
That being said, the Pink House shines in many areas. The beds were a dream to sleep on, ensuring a restful night. Ample towels were provided, and the home's location was easy to find. Furthermore, despite its proximity to the road, the evenings were surprisingly serene.
Our stay was largely delightful, with just a few areas for potential enhancement. The Pink House on Main offers a blend of charm, comfort, and convenience that many travelers would appreciate.
Was comfortable, cute nice bed a hot water. did not bring a pet but there in no yard , ticks in grown up grass so would not suggest it.area was good but a bit of a walk downtown. This place has a ton of potential with just a few updates!! I feel like it is alot of housekeeping and maintenance issues.that needs to be addressed.

Great location and lovely accommodations.
Being very close to downtown was great. The bottom floor was very quaint but also spacious for our needs.
.
Dead bugs on the floor, very musty smell, the indoor furniture was stained and dirty, unable to sit out on the porch due to ants and filthy seating. We left a day early.
If you love rodents and rodent droppings, this is the place for you! Unfortunately for my family, it was just unacceptable and unsanitary. We checked out the same night we checked in and scrambled to find accommodations for our dog and us. Still waiting to hear whether VRBO or Vacasa will do the right thing and give us a refund due to health and safety issue (unsanitary).
There was rat droppings all over the kitchen. The bathroom had hair in it. Sink and tub. The dryer didn't work. The ladder in the bedroom was broken. I contacted owner and no one came to fix it. So, we had to double up sleeping. I was very disappointed in this property. The yard was a mess.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Not what I expected for the money
2 adults, 2 kids, and a dog. Floors were not vacuumed or swept, food wrappers hanging out from under the couch cushion, live spiders and cob webs in the bathroom kitchen and bedroom, dead spider in the main bedroom. The shower curtain was moldy. The shower itself had cobwebs all over it. This was probably the most repulsive part. I had to have my kids shower in this…The main bedroom has a fan/light remote so you can flip the switch and control either the fan or light. There was no battery in the remote….so if you need a fan to sleep you are out of luck! Unless you like sleeping with the light on. The usb ports on the charger in the room do not work. One is completely broken and the other does not charge. You must have a charger block. Oh yea, almost forgot! The WiFi doesn’t work on the smart TV so I had to connect the TV to the hot spot on my phone in order for us to even watch anything. Initial impressions were okay, place smells a little like mildew. But we dropped our bags off and went out for the rest of the evening. When we came back and upon trying to settle in, is when we started to notice everything. We were supposed to stay two nights. We stayed that one night and left the next morning. Doesn’t look like anyone has been there to clean and tidy up in a long time. Working with VRBO and Vacasa to get a refund. Listing was inaccurate and conditions where unacceptable.

Pink house overnight
The house was clean and comfortable, however we had trouble with heat, there was only one mini split and the home wasn’t as warm as I like. The system would work for several hours then stop and we never figured out what the problem was.
