Everything in town is walking distance. You have a full kitchen with everything to cook with full-size refrigerator. It’s like a little apartment. My only complaint is the bed is a little hard, but I’m used to a super soft bed at home. I love this place and I stay here every time I am visiting Ferndale

This place is all about location. The experience in a 2-room suite was like staying at the home of an elderly relative who hasn’t updated their furnishings since the 70s. The rooms were spacious but a bit musty and quite worn. But it’s half a block to the main street so overall it’s a good choice if you don’t mind the thin walls and shag carpeting.

Excellent customer service.

The owner is all about making sure you’re comfortable. Very accommodating and serves up delicious coffee and muffins! We were pleasantly impressed by the Victorian Inn and Ferndale. We would definitely stay here again.

The best part of this location is its proximity to town. That is true for every place in town, though, since the area is so small. The continental breakfast at the Victorian Inn was a nice set up with quite a few choices. We had lunch on Main Street at a Es Tuyas. Their fish tacos were very good.

The room was perfect. I enjoyed my stay so much. I drove the 10 min drive out to Centerville Beach. It was wonderful. Check in was easy and complementary breakfast was great. Plenty of parking and friendly helpful staff. Ferndale itself is a wonderful victorian town with quaint shops and resturants. I give it a 5 star review!

This was a basic drive up lodge style hotel. It was very basic, but did have nearby access to a Main Street with shopping, restaurants and even live music. Nothing fancy. Just a basic room.

Arrives late after registration. Desk was closed, it’s a tiny little town, so they close at 8 PM. We had been caught up in San Francisco traffic and arrived at 8:10. But they were gracious enough to leave our rooms unlocked and our keys inside so we could Check in. My heater wasn’t working so they had to move me into another room. Which I appreciated. however, there was black mold, growing in the shower, where a leak onto the drywall made the paint peel and grow mold. So. Gross. I let the owners know and unfortunately they didn’t seem to think they needed to compensate me in any small way. I will not stay here again.

Redwood Suites is like stepping back into time…around late 60’s early 70’s decor. That said, the room was clean and kitchen was pretty well appointed. Shower is tiny. Continental breakfast available in the Hotel across the street and there was in room coffee available. The pub in the main hotel is excellent.

I paid almost 400.00 for one night. It was a total disappointment! The carpet was old and dirty. The furniture was in terrible condition. The breakfast was all processed sugary and cheap food. Totally unhealthy for most people. customer service was nonexistent. A fair price for that motel would have been 120.00 - 140.00 a night. I felt unsafe and depressed in that place. Never again!
