Was really disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the motel. No deadbolt or safety latches, rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, bed lamps didn’t work. Overall a very disappointing stay. Would 100% recommend avoiding.

I knew what I was paying for when I got this room. All I was expecting was a clean bed and a shower. What I wasn't expecting was a kiosk instead of a front desk agent. The kiosk was connected to someone in the Phillipines and the internet connection kept cutting in and out. Super obnoxious.

No one at check in, all automated. Electrical outlets broken, plugs for lights kept falling out. Mold in shower. Door locks and door jamb broken, had to put luggage and chair against door to feel remotely secure. Someone still tried to open the door at 4am No towels in room, had to contact person in Phillipines via skype to request towels. Room dirty, outside of hotel trashed. Dont stay here!

Please be advised that there is NO staff on site. Check in is done via a kiosk with a live person on the screen. The room is musty, lots of rust/stained in bathroom. Doesn’t feel safe simply because no attendant on site. We definitely won’t be staying here again.

The room was dirty and the furniture was ruined. There was no manager in the office it was by a screen. Didn’t see housekeeping to be able to acquire clean linen. Will never stay here again. Not worth the price.

There is no front desk staff, which I am assuming that is how the world runs these days. Be that as it may…. No staff meant, no one to ask how could I even get the TV to work because it never worked. How do you shut up the neighbors dog at 11:30 at night. I didn’t even know how to check out. I just left the room there’s no directions. It’s an older motel so I understand some of the condition, but it really needs some work.

The first problem is they have VIRTUAL check in staff. I have never seen such a thing, and I would not have booked here had I known. No one on site to take care of any issues? Ridiculous. I was told to come back twice because the rooms were not ready. They were still filthy when we finally able to check in. Though we didn't need it, we were given what appears to be an "accessible" room, with a large bathroom, shower chair and bars for the tub, but the bed is so close to the TV stand, a wheelchair or walker would not be able to fit through there. There were loud noises from other rooms throughout the night, but of course, no one to take care of it. I would really like a partial refund for not being let in my room so long, as we had no where else to go and needed to rest from a 7 hour drive.

Room was clean and amenities were appreciated, though i didn't use all, just the coffee. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee in room. I do prefer a live person at checking rather than a virtual and was unable to receive a receipt for business purposes. A phone call the following day met with the same result and felt like talking to AI. Not my choice. Ok for a brief stay such as mine, just overnight. But not much more except as a last minute choice.

The room was clean. Ì was in need of an accessible room & traveling with a service dog & a disabled individual. The room was very tight. The property was not set up for a dog. The only close place for it to use was disgusting from no maintenance & no other dog was on sight so no one maintains this. I fell on uneven concrete surface on the property going the other way. There is no one on sight. You check in over a machine in the office & if a kind young man had not shown me how to use the key I would have been locked out. I was told to tap it by the computer person. We did have the only accessible parking &:it is free. The city has beautiful well maintained parks.
