「Ray at the front desk was AMAZING!!! When I arrived, I wasn’t expecting it to be so run down. I nearly almost cancelled until I went in and met Ray. We checked in around 4pm, dropped off our belongings and headed to the event we were in town for. We got back later in the evening.
