「The hotel room smelled so bad, the ac/heater would make it smell really bad on top of that so we just kept the window open the whole time. The water didn't get too hot, and at night a bug was crawling on me. Also there is no housekeeping, they dont clean/switch bedsheets or towels! If you want towels you have to go to the front desk. Finally- on our final night there we couldn’t sleep because there was a very loud beeping sound. We didnt want to close the window or else the smell would get bad...

「We booked for two nights during our trip to the Redwoods. The location was convenient and the hotel was quiet. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the property itself was disappointing. The room showed its age, with worn furnishings and signs of deferred maintenance. There were visible traces of mold in the shower, which was concerning. The overall condition of the hotel felt dated and not particularly well maintained. The atmosphere around the property also...
