「0/10 – Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. This property was nothing like what we expected. The room was dirty, the TV didn’t work, and there was no staff on-site to help with any of the issues. 「There was a wet towell left in our bathroom and hair in the tub. The bathroom door did not open all the way because it hit the toilet and there are sticks in the windows to lock them. We checked in around 4pm, dropped off our belongings and headed to the event we were in town for. We got back later in the evening. When we called the front desk to express our concerns he accused us of not being truthfull asking why, if we checked in at 4pm did we just now call at 10pm. I didn't think we would...

「By far one of the better motel experiences I've had. Stayed in a Motel 6 the night before and could clearly tell a difference: room felt cleaner, was larger, and the shower didn't have stains. Lots of parking available too. I also appreciated the light breakfast offered with fruit, cereals, juices, milk, coffee, granola bars, and toast. 「This hotel may look a little "iffy" on the outside, but room was very, very clean and spacious, with an ocean view (except for the fog, haha!). Front desk was helpful and friendly. Would stay again if coming through!」
