「Very clean, long staircase, good, helpful staff. No water in kitchen area was awkward.」

「The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. I can’t praise them enough. On the other hand, I doubt if we would stay here again. The bathroom was very small and needs updating. Had trouble getting hot water some of the time. Having the beach out the sliding glass door was wonderful but the sliding glass door was really hard to open and close (note: we are elderly).Easy parking and easy to take pets out for their business. Nice to be pet friendly. It was fairly expensive to stay here though...

「This was a wonderful “cottage“ feel cabin. Beautifully appointed, well equipped with air-conditioning, heating, television, and a coffee maker. Quiet little neighborhood where perhaps the most rewarding experience was getting to know the alpacas in the backyard. We can’t wait to return.」

「Can't recommend this place enough! It's located in a great neighborhood that felt safe and comfortable anytime of day/night. Lovely views of arcata from the yard and a short walk up the road to the community forest. We've stayed here multiple times and will continue to use Baxters for future visits. 」
