"When we first arrived I was not to pleased with the front dest person. He was a little When I asked if we could check in a little early because we just can from a long ride and get settled before goi g on to our event. He eventually had a much better attitude the next time I went to the office find out where the event was held he looked it up for me and he found it for us. The room was very clean the bed was very comfortable refrigerator in room, you have to turn it in."

"For a budget place to stay it was fine. However, for a non-smoking room, it sure smelled like smoke. (And on the first day there was a guy walking past all the ground-floor rooms smoking pipe tobacco...) The "hot" water barely kicked in, so I mostly had warm water from the bathroom tap and shower. Bed was pretty soft but okay. Street noise was minimal. Loved that Eureka Natural Foods was only 3 blocks away. "

"Front desk staff member was really helpful and nice. Worked really well with our crew. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. The halls smelled nice. The outside parking area wasn't in the best condition but that did not reflect inside. "
