It was perfect as a base to explore the area from Eureka to Trinidad, with lots of opportunities to hike in the redwoods, birdwatch at the famous Arcata Marsh, and stroll/tidepool at the many beaches.」

「We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was so cute, cozy, and comfortable, and it had everything we could have needed, including everything to cook meals during our stay. The location was also perfect for exploring the area! A quick drive to the redwoods, nearby restaurants, beautiful beaches, and some incredible views. The hosts were wonderful, very communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. It was such a great little home base for our redwoods trip, and we would absolutely stay here...

「We had a very nice stay in the convenient neighborhood of Sunnybrae, at the edge of Arcata CA. Communication with our host was excellent as was the clean and well equipped studio.」

「Great and serene location away from the usual hustle and bustle of the city. The property was easily one of the most unique experiences, apparently they’re newer to VRBO so setting up and arriving was clunky at first but as soon as I made contact with the host Michaela, it was smooth sailing from there and things were not confusing. Check in and out were clear! Cozy place and there was a bevy of things to do close by, an excellent North Star if you’re visiting Humboldt County for the first time!...
