「All stuff’s attitude is super nice , while the room is not very clean that there is thick dust on bed head and dirties on the tiles in kitchen. The water of shower room is leaking out thru the door. The water heating machine is not working, have to call technician to turn it on manually. 」

「It's a bit unfortunate that there's no elevator, but it's quiet and the staff is kind. If you're unlucky, your bathroom might lose water, but don't worry it'll be back soon」

「The room service was excellent. However, the cooking and laundry facilities were not as good as I expected. The breakfast buffet was average.」
