「I did not like the fact that I had to wait for my room to be cleaned and then once I was told my room was ready by 12. I still waited patiently and it was 3 o’clock by the time I checked in but since I didn’t stay the entire night and I was checked out by 12 am I requested a full refund for the entire amount and they denied it. 」

「We stayed this hotel for 1 night on the way driving from Toronto to Orlando on the Christmas holidays 2015-16. We were told that the service might not be full as they had less staff but everything was decent and good enough. We had a quick dinner at OutCook in front of the hotel and it was one of the best burgers in my life. We want them to come to Canada...」

「Very comfortable, especially the bed. My only complaint is about the elevator. It was extremely slow, noisy, and lurched a bit. Made the ride a tad scary.」
