"Die Lage ist am Stadtrand von Erfurt und daher sehr ruhig, wie gewollt. In der direkten Umgebung ist nichts besonderes. Zum Zoo kommt man gut zu Fuß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig ung so lässt es sich auch bei extrem schlechten Wetter aushalten. Für uns war neben der Ruhe ausschlaggebend, dass wir auch ein Quartier für unseren Hund hatten. Für gehbehinderte nicht geeignet, da eine sehr steile Treppe zur ersten Etage geht. Jederzeit gerne wieder und liebe Grüße...

Meine Versuche per Telefon Kontakt aufzunehmen wurden konsequent ignoriert und auch auf Vermittlungsversuche durch FeWo wurde offensichtlich nicht reagiert. Die Unterkunft war ok."

"Netter Empfang mit Hausführung. Das Sofa war sehr bequem und Snacks gegen Bezahlung vorhanden. Lediglich die fehlende Möglichkeit das Geschirr selber richtig zu spülen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dieses wird in eine Kiste gestellt und von der Vermieterin aus der Wohnung geholt und in ihrer Küche gespült."

Ich war alleine unterwegs und konnte habe in dem ehemaligen Atelier jeden Winkel erkundet und genossen. Am schönsten fand ich die Lese-/Sitzecke auf der Galerie, von der aus man alle vorbei fahrenden Züge beobachten kann. Die Lage ist als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Innenstadt zu Fuß perfekt. Gerade für meine Tochter war die Spielzeugmenge, die Fahrzeuganzahl wie Dreiräder und das große Trampolin im Garten ein absolutrs Highlight. Durch die sichere Umgebung konnte sie auch viel draußen spielen. Im Haus sind gerade die Badezimmer ein Highlight und auch sonst ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir werden das Haus auf unsere Liste für die nächsten Buchungen nehmen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt...
