「What was so nice about this property were the front desk people. They were kind and helpful. We had trouble with parking and the staff was exceptional in their help. The breakfast buffet was great. The location is in a busy square. Walking to restaurants was easy and accessible. 」

「We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. My family and I had to sit in the lobby for about 10 minutes until she finished her food or drink. She eventually came over, but only...
