Parking was very easy. Staff was very attentive. And room was clean. Phone wasnt working at the time of my stay but i used my cell to call front desk instead it worked just the same.

Breakfast included, toast, miffin, cereal, pancakes, coffee, apple juice, orange juice

The Night Front Desk Gentleman was Awesome. Hotel its self was clean, however during our stay house keeping did not come by once to make sure we had the accommodations we needed. The morning of our departure, my daughter made efforts to let the front desk know she would not be returning and that I would be leaving at check out. I requested a late check out and was told I had till 12pm. There was no one at the front desk at that time and due to the fact I was waiting on another reservation. I sat in my vehicle in the parking lot. Several days later, unaware my daughter was charged for another days stay…. UNEXCEPTIONABLE, especially since I was sitting in my car literally in the hotels parking lot awaiting another reservation.

This place was everything that it was said to be therefore I gave it a good rating however it is not uncommon to have flights going over your place in the middle of the morning due to Asian flight time arrivals. Also trash cans were being moved at 3 o’clock in the morning on rollers makes a little bit of noise woke me up.

The room is clean but dated and had a refrigerator. The bed was comfy. If I had to pick a room, I would pick a room away from the roadway. I thought the roadway was a loud. Customer service by the front desk is great, they didn’t have much of a continental breakfast. Only breakfast bars and danishes. Coffee was pretty good. The rooms had cable TV and Internet, which worked great. I definitely stay again for under $100 a night.
