"We enjoyed our holiday however should point out to you a few issues we had with the arrival arrangements and the property itself. We received our departure information on the Monday 6th June, only 4 days before leaving home. This was too close to our departure. We received another email on 8th mentioning with a code for the key safe in case the Host, Angele couldn't meet us. At no point were we told that she would not be there. The code given was wrong and we received another email 2 days...

"Unser Aufenthalt, war sehr kurz aber ein kleines Highlight, da wir die Zeit auf diesem Boot nutzen durften. Ob drinnen oder draussen, jeder fand ein Plätzchen für sich, um zu spielen, schlafen oder einfach Auszuruhen. Ein richtiges Raumwunder auf dem Wasser. Essen gab' es in unserem Fall immer draussen auf der ("Deckterrasse"). "My family and I were on our way to Luxembourg and needed a pit stop hotel. The spa was incredible - pool, cold pool, sauna, massage are what we checked out. We booked a junior suite - the room is spacious, the grounds are well kept and quiet, but with signs of life and family friendly. The views are incredible too. I would highly recommend it. Its not far from town so you can easily dine out. My only fuss was about the 16 Euro breakfast for nothing fancy - we didn't choose the option so we went into town. None the less, 5/5"

"The property itself was pleasant, was in a good location for visiting Paris by train and Disneyland Paris. Our main reason for booking was because it had a tennis court and pool which we were looking forward to using but unfortunately could use neither- the tennis court was being cleaned which took basically the whole time we were there and the pool was out of use as they didn’t have the correct chemicals. This was very disappointing. The pool in the nearby town didn’t open till 5pm so that wasn’t very useful either. All in all the house was fine but we were disappointed by the lack of amenities. "
