"紀伊半島廃村巡り旅で利用させて貰いました。
喫茶店の別棟1階を宿として利用されていています。
すさみの道の駅近くにあり、抜群の景観に圧倒されると思います。
部屋は寝室と広いリビングの2つで、とても綺麗にされており必要なアメニティも全てあります。
門限及び風呂の利用は22:00迄なので注意して下さい。
オ ーナーの方は素晴らしく人間ができておりチェックインは18:00までなのですが、30分ほど遅らせて頂きました。
和歌山旅行に行かれる際は是非とも利用して下さい。"

"清掃が全く行き届いていない。連泊するなら自分で清掃することになるが、掃除機が壊れてるし、洗剤等も空になっていた。洗濯機も砂利等がたくさん残っていた。
津波警報が発せられとき管理者と緊急に連絡を取りたかったが、仲介業者が間に入り、結局連絡をもらえなかった。"
