No instructions for the room amenities. We didn’t know if the water was free and had to ring 5 times for someone to answer. We then found the seal for the water was already broken. When the person next to you in the bed moved the whole bed rocked. There was music playing outside until 11pm. Someone tried to get in our room at 5am. Had a very bad night sleep.

Great experience overall. Gym and Sauna needed a little love. Staff super friendly and helpful.
