Family Gathering Home! Beautiful, Spacious, Clean! Next to Rocky Mtn N.P., YMCA

  • The newest home at Aspen Brook, next to Rocky Mountain National Park and just steps to the Big Thompson River. Riverview Retreat offers a large great room for gathering the family, retreats, and business getaways. There are many large windows with a large, wooded lot, views of the river and a wonderful private firepit area on property. Main level bedrooms and living area, four bathrooms with four bedrooms and a fun ping pong table room for indoor fun. Riverview has a three-car garage in addition to plenty of parking on the main level front of the home. No stairs required! The natural gas Weber grill on the deck and outside seating adds to the outside enjoyment in the beautiful, natural area of Aspen Brook. No streetlights or power lines makes star gazing a must.
